Here  are a couple pics of my son's silkies that I ran from one end of this state to the other for....just to be blessed by the rooster fairy. Everytime I look in the pen, another one has turned into a rooster. I think I have 2 pullets out of 8 :hair:

"

this is that strange looking chick I had asked for opinions on several weeks ago, stranger and stranger looking but sure looking like a roo and for sure not a pure silkie like I was told..

" alt="">

We have to find homes for several of these guys....... sad but true

you know if your son is going to walk around with his chicken on his shoulder like that - he is going to end up with a perment tilt to his head LOL

he is a handsome young man BTW !!

I have to say that the little multi-colored chicken is pretty strange looking - no idea what he is but I like him LOL

chickn fever, I don't check the silkie threads much. Not really a fan. I do love your fluffy birds though! They look like cotton balls. Your son is handsome too.

Your "odd looking" bird is most likely a sultan cross or possible silkie x ee from the coloring.

<< edit: Sultan Cockerel

cute kid too, i like to see the kids enjoy it as much as we do.

These two little silkies were "Filler Chicks" in my order.

:haha: Oh Jae I love your odd ball chick!!! If your DS, who BTW is a cutie pie, if he puts a silkie on his other shoulder he could have ear muffs....but I guess those are not needed in FL much huh?
