Renie- What are you trying to change it to? If you get desperate, feel free to send me your pic at mjfb@roadrunner.com and I'll set it up for you. And every once in awhile, you might need to clear your cookies so it will show up for you. You can do that through tools or on the login page (log out, then when you go to log in there will be something that will mention it.) Are you getting an error message or anything? Meghan

First I go in and delete the old one.... the account and board acknowledge that much.... Then I go back into my account and browse/upload. New Av is loaded to my account and message says... Avatar updated.... The board doesn't acknowledge the New Av. No error messages... Soo I tried it again with another pic...... the board still shows the first old one. ugggggggg renie

Renie iv run into the same thing a time or 2 and i remember a few more that have. you will have to dump all ur cookies as meg says. A cookie is a small file saved on a user's hard disk by the web browser. Among other things, UltraBB uses a cookie to store the username and password of a user to eliminate the need to login repeatedly. plus you will need to dump the temp- Internet files. after you do all that you should have to log back into chatter. it should clear everything so you will be starting over with ur saved files. Normally, web browsers store copies of recently visited pages to improve page download times. Internet explorer saves pics and files to help you load pages quicker. and that whats going on id say. i could be wrong but. it always seems to work for me. its sorta like i added a favcon to our url, the tiny chicken in front of our url at the top in the address bar. it didnt show up right away with Internet explorer but it did with fire fox. Internet explorer took about 10 hrs for it to show up. let us know if you still have problems after ya delete all the temp- files and cookies.  BTW I SEE A BUFF ORP ROO IN UR AVATAR.

Okies.... I cleared my cache files etc on my comp... then I logged off CC... then linked to the site again... saw where it talked about cookies in the same box but just under name/pw information.... soo I clicked the cookie link... then entered my name/pw and accessed my account.. The new avatar picture is in the box.... but not on the board... lol yes JJ... I want to use Marshalls recent pic... only other choice I have is some <cough> buzzard pics... lol renie
